In our final week of Advent, we reflect upon the redeeming love of God. The world’s view of love says that there can be no accountability, while the hard hearted love that has characterized the Church can give the message that only certain kinds of people can experience God’s lovingkindness. Through Christ, however; we have been shown the true meaning of love in His sacrifices and His message of salvation for sinners.
